With over 40 years of marketing experience between us, in large and small organisations at various growth stages, we have been lucky enough to gain an insight into what works and what doesn’t. What's more, we have both started and run our own businesses, giving us a true understanding of the struggles you are going through. We have been there, so we can offer the exact support we would have loved along the way.
Megs
Megs is an award-winning marketing powerhouse with a proven track record of delivering growth in some incredible organisations. She has extensive experience in growing and scaling startups, as well as leading go-to-market teams in corporate organisations. She currently leads Marketing and Partnerships for IOTICS, a purpose-led deep-tech scale-up. Megs is a true people person and believes in the power of communication, support, and community to build transformative businesses. Megs was a finalist in the Women In Tech Awards in 2020 for Role Model of the Year. Needless to say, Megs understands how to grow and scale a business and she is the one to get you where you need to go! Megs is a founder herself and runs a hugely successful yoga studio, LION YOGA. She also co-founded workplace wellbeing app, Zeffr, and is the host of the successful podcast, How To Be Happy At Work. The magic of Megs is her friendly and personable style, enabling start-up businesses to understand and apply big business marketing strategy and planning to their situation, enabling them to achieve BIG results.
Bryony
Bryony has spent the last five years transforming a tired North Oxfordshire garden centre into a multiple award-winning home and garden concept store, whilst also running her own private consultancy helping small businesses to transform their business and marketing strategies. Bryony has a passion for helping small businesses implement a brand marketing strategy so that they can stand the test of time. Why? Because she believes it is these businesses that bring creativity and diversity to the market. She has a proven track record in helping businesses build brand marketing strategies that yield results. Bryony is respected and active in the retail industry and is a columnist in the industry magazine Gifts Today, and a judge for the esteemed Gift of The Year Awards. Bryony’s superpower is helping business owners to distil their strengths and play to them in everything they do. She is also a trained ILM Level 7 coach meaning everything she does is with you the individual in mind. There is no one-size-fits-all!
Megs & B and Think BIG
As Megs & B, we have a passion and capacity for setting others up for success, having travelled the solo entrepreneur/founder journey ourselves, hitting all the roadblocks along the way. We decided to combine our super skills to deliver you a brilliant action-packed course, with real tailored support. We are regulars on the Soho House event circuit, as well as delivering workshops and strategy days to businesses of all sizes. We host the hugely popular Think BIG Huddles across Oxfordshire and London, with waiting lists longer than we like because we want everyone to be able to huddle with us and be part of our supportive community!
